2 pounds fresh Okra, chopped
1 cup Corn Meal
1/8 cup Oat Flour
Use Coconut Oil or Olive Oil for frying.
Dredge okra in cornmeal and sprinkle with garlic salt. In a large fry pan, heat coconut oil and place dredged okra into to the hot oil. Stir until brown, drain on paper towel. Yum!
