Simple Stir-fry with Minute Brown Rice
Minute Brown Rice
Broth of your choice for cooking rice
Coconut oil or butter for frying
Any protein such as chicken, beef, fish, pork,
even tofu or eggs
1 clove Garlic, chopped fine
Onion, chopped (amount to your liking)
Vegetables of your choice, cut into small pieces
Garlic salt, to taste
Balsamic vinegar, optional
Soy sauce, optional
Cook the Minute Brown Rice in flavored broth of your choice.
Sauté protein in coconut oil or butter. Sauté onion, garlic and choice of vegetables in the same manner and add to the sautéed protein. Add a little garlic salt, balsamic vinegar, or even soy sauce. Yum!!!!!!!!!!!!!
