2 tablespoons coconut oil
2-4 7-ounce boneless beef shoulder
   top blade
(flat Iron steak)
Garlic salt and pepper
Balsamic vinegar
2 plus tablespoons of crushed garlic
 
Coat very hot grill or grill pan with coconut oil. Use rag to apply.

Season steak by rubbing garlic salt and pepper, balsamic vinegar, and garlic over both sides.

Place on grilling surface and cook approximately 2-3 minutes on each side for medium rare, turning only once. If your steaks are thicker cook a little longer, but be careful not to overcook them!

Serve with Baked potatoes, rice, and a vegetable.  Yum!
