Homemade Tortilla Chips
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
1 package Corn Tortillas
Salt, to taste
Stack and cut corn tortillas into wedges.
Heat coconut oil in frying pan (about ¼” in pan) over medium-high heat and carefully place wedges into the hot oil. The tortilla wedges fry quickly, so watch that they don't burn. Turn once. Lay hot corn chips on paper towels to drain, and sprinkle with salt.
Dip into homemade guacamole or salsa—yum!
