mousseChocolate Mousse

4 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
     (plus a little more for topping)
1/2 cup or more Powdered Cocoa
1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
Sugar or Stevia to taste

Toppings such as shaved chocolate, crumbled candy bar, cocoa, etc. (optional)

In a blender or mixer, mix all ingredients on high until the mousse forms peaks.
Spoon into ramekins and place in freezer for 20 minutes to set. Top with whipped cream and your choice of topping. Yum!!
