Boiled Teriyaki Chicken

Boiled Chicken Teriyaki


As many dark meat Chicken Pieces as you need, washed
½ cup of Sherry
4 cloves of Garlic, minced
4 Green Onions, chopped
1 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
4 tablespoons Maple Syrup
Lots of Pepper


Place all the chicken pieces in a large soup pot.  Pour the marinade over the chicken and put on medium heat.  Bring to boil and cook for approximately ½ hour.  The chicken may need more time depending on the amount being cooked.  This chicken is so moist, and has great gravy.
